REGISTRATION PROCESS

• Rights included in the registration fee: Conference bag, conference program, certificate of participation, access to scientific sessions, entrance to the booth areas, lunch, coffee breaks, Welcome cocktail and Gala dinner.
• All registrations become final after the relevant payment is made.
• For the confirmation of the records, the bank receipt for the payment should be sent to the info@propolisconference.com e-mail address.
• The name of the participant/company must be stated on the bank receipt.
• The transfer fee belongs to the participant/company.
• Altıparmak Gıda San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. reserves the right to reflect any future taxes, duties and/or charges to the prices.

All Registration payments should be made to Altıparmak Gıda San. Ve Tic. A.Ş.'s below mentioned accounts. For payments to be made in Turkish Lira, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey’s EURO Daily selling rate should be used.

REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION TERMS

• All registration and accommodation cancellations must be notified in writing to info@propolisconference.com e-mail.
• All written cancellation requests made until September 3, 2023 are refunded.
• Written cancellation requests made after September 3, 2023 will be subject to 100% No-Show and no refund will be made.
• Name change requests will be accepted until 03 November 2023.
