ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The scientific program of the 3rd International Propolis Conference on "Propolis, the Medicine of the Past, Present and Future", which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey between 9-11 November 2023, will bring together researchers working especially on the bioavailability of propolis and propolis in the field of apitherapy. It will enable scientists to exchange information and discuss strategies to improve the use of propolis. The conference, which aims to create a bridge between the East and the West, will include oral and poster presentations, and the main issues related to propolis studies will be discussed among national and international scientists, decision makers and consumer organizations.

The city of Istanbul, which is the meeting point of two continents and different cultures and reflects Turkey's historical role, was chosen as the venue of the conference. CONFERENCE LANGUAGE

The official language of the conference is English. During the conference, there will be simultaneous translation from Turkish to English and from English to Turkish in accordance with the scientific program.

REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESK

Registration and information desks will be open between 12:00-18:00 as of 9 November 2023.

BADGES

All participants will be given a badge. We kindly ask you to wear a badge during the conference.

INVITATION LETTERS

Conference invitation letters will be sent to the participants via e-mail by the Conference Secretariat upon request. Invitation letters will only be given for visa processing and presentation to institutions. Registration and accommodation fees will be paid by the guests.

ELECTRIC

General electrical power in Turkey is 220 volts, 50 Hz, European style two-pin plugs with rounded ends that fit recessed sockets. You will need a voltage converter and plug adapter to use other types of appliances.
